*Please note the processing time for the custom items such as "Luxe Lace Thong" takes 10-20 business days to process as they are handmade.*

Please allow an extra 24-48 hours dispatch time of all orders during Seasonal Sales and our annual Black Friday Period.

Shipping UK & Europe

We aim to despatch your item within 24-72 hours. After you have received your confirmation email your item should be delivered within 1-3 weeks. Please give 5 working days before sending an inquiry if your parcel hasn't been delivered within this time. 

Orders will not be shipped out on holidays, they will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping International

Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. We do not control customs fees or policies and our shipping does not cover these fees. 

Delivery when using this service can take up to 1-2 weeks. If your order has not arrived within the time frame, please email

 and we will help to resolve this immediately.

Only received only 1 item?

Since every order is custom made and we have a large assortment of products that are not all stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately from our different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

Where is your company based?

We are based in the United Kingdom, however as we have multiple sorting centres from around the world not all products will be shipping from our UK warehouse. This allows us to offer our products at a much more affordable price.

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order within 3 hour of purchase by emailing our support team here

If your email cancelation request has been over the 2 hour window, unfortunately, we are not able to cancel your order and you will need to follow our returns process. 

Customs & Tariffs

In the circumstance that taxes, tariffs or a handling cost are required, it will be your responsibility to make payment prior to receiving the goods. Please note, if payment is not made for whatever reason, your order will be returned to Paw Lux Gems and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 * Please do not send any parcels back to the address on the original packaging. Paw Lux Gems will not be held accountable for any lost parcels sent back to this address.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
