Shipping
How long are shipping times?
We are usually able to ship anywhere in the world in 1-2 Week, however due to the global pandemic, it may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Click HERE to read out Shipping policy.
Do you offer order tracking?
Most of the time we offer product tracking, however in some cases it may be unavailable, if that's the case, contact us at pawluxgemshelp@gmail.com and we will keep you up to date on your order as best as we can!
Please Note: It may take up to 7 days before a tracking code becomes active!
When will my order ship?
We generally process orders within 24 hours of payment being processed and can take 1-3 days to ship. Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability and the global pandemic. For multiple orders, shipment may come at different times and from different warehouses. Transit time is dependent on holiday schedules and excludes holidays and weekends.
I submitted the wrong address!
Mistakes happen! Send us an email as soon as you can at pawluxgemshelp@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist you ASAP! Please note, we usually ship our orders within 24 hours so it's possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out regardless!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we have various warehouses around the world so are able to fulfil international orders. Unexpected custom and import taxes in-country may apply and is the responsibility of the buyer.

My order arrived broken or damaged!
Whoops, sorry about that! Unfortunately, shipping can get a little rough sometimes, but we'll fix it if you give us the chance! Send us an email at pawluxgemshelp@gmail.com, tell us what you ordered and your order number and we'll be happy to help you out!
Why am I missing items?
Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know!
My order hasn't arrived!
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. IF that doesn't work, send us an email at pawluxgemshelp@gmail.com, tell us what you ordered and your order numbers, and we'll help you out!

Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
We're aware that using a Credit Card online can be scary! However, our website is SSL encrypted and certified (As can be seen above) to give you safe and secure transactions, and all Credit Card payments are processed with our payment processor Shopify, the best in the business! We don't store any Credit Card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else, so you can rest assured, any purchase you make with us is as secure as it gets!
